Goodfood recalls Pesto Radiatore with Oven-Roasted Tomatoes & Broccoli (S30) over undeclared cashews

On December 17, 2021, Goodfood issued a recall for their product - Pesto Radiatore with Oven-Roasted Tomatoes & Broccoli (S30) (Size: 922g, Codes: R362S30, delivered between December 11, 2021, and December 16, 2021).

Goodfood Market Corp is recalling certain Goodfood brand Pesto Radiatore from the marketplace because it contains cashews.
Cashew is not mentioned as an ingredient on the label.
Goodfood is Canada’s meal subscription delivery service, with more than 1,000,000 meals delivered each month.

The recall on the product was due to undeclared Cashews (TN) allergen. According to Health Canada, “If you have an allergy to cashew (TN), do not consume the recalled products. The recall products should be thrown out or returned to the location from where they were purchased. This recall is an outcome of complaints from the customers. There have been reports of reactions associated with the consumption of these products.”
