Q One Homemade recalls Blackrice & Honey Hoddeok Mix over undeclared peanut allergen

On Feb 11, 2022, Q One Homemade brand issued a recall for their product - Blackrice & Honey Hoddeok Mix (UPC; 8801013797596, Size: 400g).

Q One Homemade brand provides premix products in the marketplace to help consumers make well-prepared homemade food.

This product has been recalled due to undeclared Peanuts allergen.
According to Health Canada, "Korea Food Trading Ltd. is recalling Q One Homemade brand Black rice & Honey Hoddeok Mix from the marketplace because it contains peanuts which is undeclared on the label.

If you have an allergy to peanuts, do not consume the recalled product as it may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction.
The recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the location where it was purchased.

This recall was triggered by a consumer complaint.
There has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of this product.
The CFIA is verifying that the industry is removing recalled products from the marketplace."
